Product Availability UpdateFor the past few months, when demand exceeded expectations on an item and we knew that we would be unable to ship within our normal 4-6 week schedule, the item was marked “temporarily unavailable” and removed from active sale. These items displayed online as “Temporarily Sold Out – More Coming Soon.” While protecting your sales integrity remains a top priority for us, we have heard clearly that many of your customers want the choice to order and wait, if necessary, for an item. Effective immediately, we have made all items available again to order. Products that will be on Extended Delivery (from a few weeks to several months beyond our normal 4-6 week delivery) will be marked as such, including an expected ship date, in three places – Online, in Party Central and on the Product Status Sheet (linked below).
